“I have to say that joining the phase one muscle building program was an awesome experience for me, I never lifted weights growing up, always felt awkward trying to lift weights on my own and just never built the strength that I always wanted. “I joined the Phase One Muscle Build program simply looking to get bigger and stronger and I did just that. I put 50lbs on my Bench Press (300lbs! Something I never thought I could say I did).
