Having your body positioning correct is a MUST for heavy lifting.
When you get this right, you will feel more power through your whole
body and immediately be able to add weight to your bench press!

Rob knows his stuff when it comes to Bench Pressing.
At his best he has pressed 405lb for three reps…Raw
without a bench shirt.

TRX Straps

Yesterday my client Michelle was late for her workout, so I decided to have a little fun with her when she arrived!

However I guess you have to know Michelle… she doesn’t embarrass easy and wasn’t put on the spot at all.

Oh well…She did help my film a couple quick workout tips for you!

In this video I show you two quick Chest/Back/Core circuits using the TRX straps.

TRX straps are great if you’re doing workouts at home because the set-up doesn’t take up a lot of space, and you can get an  amazing workout.

First circuit is more of for beginners…

1. Basic Row
2. TRX standard Push-ups
3. Mountain Climbers

 1. Horizontal Row
2. Atomic Push-ups
3. Renegade Rows

By performing the exercises in your workouts consecutively as super sets and giant sets you can increase your training intensity and get faster more effective workout.

Hope you enjoy!
