This weekend in Tampa Florida “Transformation Domination Live” is taking place!
Joel Marion, fellow Body Transformation expert, and author of the book “Cheat Your Way Thin” has organized the event, and it’s going to be an incredible experience for those in attendance.

16 of the worlds leading fitness experts are going to be there delivering some amazing life changing presentations.
Some of the line up in addition to Joel, includes fitness authorities such as…

- Vince Del Monte
- Eric Cressey
And…Remember the guy with the crazy abs in the movie “Body of Work”?!
That would be Shawn Phillips, the Keynote Speaker.
By the way if you haven’t seen the movie Body of Work, I suggest you dig it up. It came out about 12 years ago now, but it’s one of the most inspiration fitness videos ever. True Classic!
Ok I have to admit! The BIG reason why I’m so excited about this event is the latest addition of speakers to the Transformation Domination line up!!

That’s right, Courtney will be sharing the stage with none other then Shawn Phillips and the rest of the incredible line up!
I know she’s pretty excited about her Live Cooking Demo. I would love to be there with her, but I’m not able to because we actually sold our house, and the deal closes on the 20th. So I’m left home to pack and move…She sure picked a great weekend to travel to Florida! I’m, just kidding lol…
So I was pretty happy to get an email from Joel the other day letting me know that the entire weekend is going to be broadcast over the internet. For $9 anyone with an internet connection is able to watch the whole thing.
My opinion might be biased, but I can say Courtney’s presentation alone is worth the $9.

P.S In regards to the move…We found a spot that’s more suitable for my training studio. I can’t wait to show you guys some pics and video of the new place!
Andy, that is fantastic! I will try to watch her live but I am going to be working and may not be able to see it. I hope there will be a way to view it after the fact. What an incredible accomplishment!

I Andy I wanted to tell you that I was there at the Domination event and was lucky enough to meet Courtney and my son and were priveleged to have her work out with us in the morning trainings. You my friend are a lucky man, she is Awesome and I want to wish you both the best in your new home and new training facility!
